About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payment operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and developing strategies to enhance payment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage global payment operations, including processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with international payment regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve payment processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and challenges.
• Monitor payment trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or payment processing.
• Proven experience in managing complex payment operations globally.
• Strong understanding of international payment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payment systems and technologies.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
