Senior Program Manager, Middle Mile Fleet Management, Strategy and Process
About the role
Amazon's Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will own trailer programs focused on improving asset health and reliability by building the end-to-end strategy, validating assumptions through pilots and scaling proven programs.
Responsibilities
- Owns program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicates results to senior leadership
- Develops and executes cost optimization initiatives
- Manages pricing agreements with vendors
- Drives spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet
- Develops and implements process improvements
- Designs, implements, and scales upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of general AI tools (preferred)
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments (preferred)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, TN, Nashville - 104,100.00 - 155,400.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
