Senior Program Manager, Middle Mile Fleet Management, Strategy and Process

About the role

The Senior Program Manager, Middle Mile Fleet Management, Strategy and Process, is responsible for the cost optimization and pricing control strategy of Amazon's Middle Mile Maintenance Program. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Owns the cost optimization and pricing control strategy of Amazon's Middle Mile Maintenance Program
• Develops and executes cost optimization initiatives
• Manages pricing agreements with vendors
• Drives spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet
• Partners with technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies
• Manages stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Delivers strong results through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of general AI tools (preferred)
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments (preferred)

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• AZ, Tempe - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
• TN, Nashville - 104,100.00 - 155,400.00 USD annually
• VA, Arlington - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
• WA, Bellevue - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
