Senior Program Manager, Middle Mile Fleet Management, Strategy and Process

About the role

Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a Sr. Program Manager who can transform the transportation and delivery sector through innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cost optimization and pricing strategies, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost optimization initiatives
• Manage pricing agreements with vendors
• Drive spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet
• Own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Strong autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguous problems
• Strategic thinking and methodical execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs
• Leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $115,600.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually.
