Senior Program Control Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

The Program Control Analyst Sr supports customer-funded research & development programs in the FAST Labs business area, Sensing Technologies Product Line. The position involves managing project finance plans, controls, and reports, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management. Responsibilities include providing financial support and guidance to program managers, engineering managers, and junior members of the Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain baseline integrity for project finance
• Generate and analyze internal reporting for program performance
• Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management
• Forecast financial salients for multiple programs
• Support program managers, engineering managers, and junior members of the Finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
• Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
• Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines

Benefits

Full-time salary range: $82,779 - $140,723
