Responsibilities
- Significant program team contributor.
- Coordinating team meetings and reviews and offering solutions to problems.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to interface with Program Management Organization (PMO) team and others, including; project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and customers in support of PMO activities.
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management.
- Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion.
- Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items.
- Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation.
- Previous experience in program control and working proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Earned Value Management.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation.
- Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions and senior leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teams.
Qualifications
- Active Security Clearance.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise the development and management of compliant EVMS baseline.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Skills
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies.
