Senior Program Control Analyst, ACES (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Significant program team contributor.
• Coordinating team meetings and reviews and offering solutions to problems.
• Utilizing strong communication skills to interface with Program Management Organization (PMO) team and others, including; project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and customers in support of PMO activities.
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management.
• Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion.
• Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items.
• Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation.
• Previous experience in program control and working proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Earned Value Management.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation.
• Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions and senior leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teams.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise the development and management of compliant EVMS baseline.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Skills

• Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies.
