Senior Program Analyst

About the role

The Senior Program Analyst at Arcticom, LLC supports program-level activities through data analysis, liaising with various stakeholders. They provide support in areas such as systems engineering, risk analysis, safety assessment, production management, modeling, simulation, scheduling, testing, cyber security, and software management.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities.
• Support systems engineering, risk analysis, and management.
• Conduct safety analysis and assessments.
• Manage production and new program development.
• Facilitate assessments of cruise missile defense systems, counter-unmanned aircraft systems, counter-rockets, artillery, mortars, maneuver short-range air defense, and air defense missile-related acquisition programs.
• Engage in system integration, including technical reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, and new program development.
• Manage program strategy and execution.
• Support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Project.
• Experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives.
• Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems.

Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP – Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills

• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GBAD Family of Systems.
