Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist is a global role responsible for the PowerFlex 755T variable frequency drive (VFD) portfolio, accessories, and options. Key leadership responsibilities include product launches, strategic planning, customer product alignment, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, business promotion, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management. Direct customer interaction is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic planning for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio through a Business Strategy Review (BSR) process.
• Drive product-market fit through Voice of Customer (VoC), market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Led creation and management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning to increase market share.
• Lead high-impact customer engagements including executive discussions, roadmap alignment, and escalations.
• Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.
• Define, track, and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders.
• Ensure team and partners are effectively working to exceed these goals and objectives.

Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Experience with the PowerFlex 755T Drives Portfolio.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Industrial Automation/Power Control Product Management and/or Engineering role.
• Familiarity with the global Industrial Automation and Variable Frequency Drive market space and trends.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and related software.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
