About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market engine for our newest, most explosive line of business: NodeZero WebApp Pentesting.

The market is currently being reshaped by AI hype, creating a distinct window of opportunity for a fierce competitor to seize total market ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for the NodeZero WebApp Pentesting product line from its launch to market dominance.
  • Architect an aggressive, pipeline-driven product launch framework that moves product marketing to a core revenue driver, not a corporate support function.
  • Define target personas across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments, building a product narrative that maps directly to clear conversion paths.
  • Drive the competitive narrative, explicitly dismantling legacy DAST incumbents and exposing fragile, unscalable "agentic AI" wrappers.
  • Educate the market on why generic AI solutions suffer from exploding token costs, erratic inconsistency, and severe production risks, while positioning NodeZero’s combination of a deterministic foundation and surgical AI as the only enterprise-grade choice.
  • Develop proof-first product content, technical teardowns, and competitive battlecards that arm the sales force to win contested deals.
  • Partner tightly with Product Leadership and Engineering teams, embedding yourself with the builders to transform highly complex offensive security capabilities into high-impact, market-facing narratives.
  • Translate deep technical breakthroughs, e.g. the autonomous, production-safe exploitation of complex business-logic flaws like BOLA and IDOR, into clear, hype-free value propositions.
  • Serve as the vital feedback loop between market realities, buyer pushback, and the product roadmap.
  • Own the technical enablement motion for the direct sales force, SDRs, and channel partners including major VARs, resellers, and distribution partners.
  • Win the hearts and minds of cynical, hype-hating developers, AppSec leads, and red teamers who demand zero false positives, while effortlessly elevating the message to the CISO/VP level to tell a broader platform and cyber-resilience story.
  • Build the foundational processes, sales tools, and customer story pipelines required to scale this product line.

Requirements

  • 5+ years (PMM) or 8+ years (Senior PMM) of B2B product marketing experience, with meaningful time spent launching and scaling complex technical products in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • A background as a former security practitioner, pen tester, technical marketer, or technical PMM who has shipped AppSec, ASPM, or AI-driven security products. Must understand application architecture and the adversarial mindset far deeper than just cybersecurity acronyms.
  • Dual-Altitude Communication: The rare ability to build deep trust with highly skeptical technical practitioners who demand absolute production safety, while seamlessly translating those technical truths into business resilience metrics for CISOs.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage high-stakes product launches, cross-functional lifecycles, and performance frameworks with a clear ROI lens.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and product analytics tools for tracking launch metrics and pipeline attribution.

Qualifications

  • Non-Negotiable Drive: High-agency, self-starting execution. Thrives in greenfield environments where processes don't exist yet, loves the challenge of defining what "great" looks like from scratch.
  • Deep Technical Chops: Background as a former security practitioner, pen tester, technical marketer, or technical PMM who has shipped AppSec, ASPM, or AI-driven security products. Understands application architecture and the adversarial mindset deeply.
  • Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with web application security testing tools (DAST, SAST, IAST) or ASPM platforms. Deep understanding of the current LLM/Agentic AI security landscape and its practical architectural limitations. Experience working in an account-based marketing (ABM) motion with highly targeted enterprise buyer personas.
