We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice. Clio empowers legal professionals with innovative solutions that make legal work more efficient, seamless, and effective.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to join our Clio Grow team and help shape the future of how law firms attract, retain, and engage clients. As a Senior Product Manager for Clio Grow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap, with a focus on enhancing Clio Grow’s client intake (e.g., screening leads, booking consultations). You will lead the development of AI tools that empower law firms to capture leads, screen them for firm fit, and book them for consultations.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to driving measurable impact for law firms of all sizes. You will ensure the product evolves to meet the needs of legal professionals while maintaining its competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area, developing and evangelizing a roadmap that aligns with overarching business strategy.
  • Lead AI-powered innovation to simplify how lawyers intake new clients from first outreach to signed agreements.
  • Champion product-led growth by designing intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to drive user adoption and business growth.
  • Conduct customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop unbiased business cases, and determine priorities that align with Clio’s mission and annual OKRs.
  • Build conviction in initiatives and pivot when priorities change or new information arises.
  • Ship and launch features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in legal or legal tech, such as a background as a practicing lawyer, in a legal operations role, or building AI-powered technology solutions. A clear understanding of legal document standards, discovery processes, and litigation workflows is a significant asset.
  • At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment, including a proven track record of owning and shipping mission-critical products at scale.
  • Proven experience building or managing AI-driven products, with a strong understanding of how to leverage machine learning capabilities to solve real user problems.
  • Outcomes-obsessed leadership with a proven ability to own products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strategic and data-driven thinking, using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy, define requirements, and measure impact.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong track record of making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Customer-focused mindset, keeping the customer at the center of decision-making while delivering high-impact features.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, partnering effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure clear and aligned requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the humility to seek guidance and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Hybrid work environment with an expectation to be in-office at least twice per week (locations: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney).
  • Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.
  • $2000 annual counseling benefit.
  • RRSP matching and RESP contribution.
  • Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgment at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $137,500 to $161,800 to $186,100 CAD, with separate salary bands for other regions based on local currency. The final offer amount will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
