Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution from MVP and product-market fit through scale and commercialization, ensuring we build the right capabilities for customers and the business.
  • Drive outcomes through deep cross-functional leadership. Partner closely with Product, Customer Strategy, Engineering, Go to Market, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product experiences that accelerate growth.
  • Define the value proposition that wins in the market. Clearly articulate how our solutions solve real customer problems, translating product innovation into compelling messaging for buyers, users, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Be the voice of the customer and steward of the product. Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs, turning insights into a clear vision, user stories, and high-level requirements that guide teams.
  • Lead smart, data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle. Influence go, no go, and pivot decisions at key stage gates, align stakeholders, and evaluate technical and architectural tradeoffs to optimize strategic and economic outcomes.
  • Build products that make business sense. Support discovery, pricing, and P&L thinking to ensure what we build is both valuable and viable, grounded in market demand, competitive context, and growth potential.

Requirements

  • Abilities: Pragmatic Marketing Certification and Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management and data-driven technology environments, including deep expertise in defining data strategies, building data products, and leading technology migrations; a proven track record of directing and aligning cross-functional teams in a technology organization; experience mentoring and developing talent; and industry experience in healthcare, payment systems, and/or financial services preferred.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS required. Master’s Degree in business, finance, operations, or similar field preferred.
