About Alterion

Alterion AI agents are graduating from experiments into real workflows inside the enterprise. Models and agent-building frameworks have improved dramatically, but the infrastructure to govern, observe, and control fleets of AI agents has not kept pace. That’s the gap. Alterion is building the control plane for the agentic enterprise. We enable organizations to safely adopt, govern, and scale AI agents with full discovery, semantic observability, dynamic policy enforcement, and enterprise-grade controls. We're AI-native, well-backed, and building something foundational.

Opportunity

You will:

  • Own the security & governance product, from real-time detection and enforcement to risk scoring, audit, and the controls enterprises require to deploy agents safely.
  • Build the intelligence, not just the interface — help define and build the Helix AI models and capabilities that turn raw agent traffic into governance decisions, partnering with ML engineering on what to detect and how to prove it works.
  • Run discovery with design partners, sit in with security and platform leaders at major enterprises, translate their threat models into concrete requirements, and structure pilot programs with clear success criteria.
  • Shape the category, turn a fast-moving, ambiguous problem space (agent security, observability, policy) into a coherent product narrative for customers, partners, and investors.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in product, comfortable operating as an early PM and helping build the function.
  • A structured thinker who ships. You think in frameworks and segmentation, but you move from whiteboard to concrete deliverable in a day.
  • Customer-obsessed and a truth-teller. You go deep with users, surface uncomfortable realities early, and stay focused on solving the actual problem.
  • Calm in ambiguity. You operate without perfect information, set your own priorities, and bring clarity to a fast-moving environment.
  • AI-native. You instinctively reach for AI tools to ship better and faster — research, prototyping, analysis, drafting — and you push the team to do the same.
  • High ownership. You treat the product as yours and the outcome as your responsibility.
