Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The 1:Many Growth team focuses on high-leverage growth by integrating Affirm into platforms merchants already use, enabling a single integration to reach every merchant on that platform.

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Affirm’s Distribution Partnerships program (internally called "1:Many"), you will own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. This includes product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and expanding the broader portfolio of platform partners. You will also develop a Partner Acceleration Strategy to build durable capabilities that streamline future integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
  • Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future partner integrations faster to launch.
  • Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, driving merchant growth.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
  • Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing multiple technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving measurable business impact.
  • Comfort working with engineers on technical details, designers on Figma iterations, and data analysts on funnel breakdowns.
  • Strong discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Bias toward action and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
  • Comfort with commercial aspects of product development, including externally facing roles, expectation setting, and influencing outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL.

Pay

Employees new to Affirm typically start at the beginning of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that includes equity, stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits.

  • USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $195,000 - $255,000 per year
  • USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $173,000 - $233,000 per year

Schedule

Affirm is a remote-first company. Most roles are remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the country of employment. Some roles may require occasional in-office work at an assigned Affirm office.

Benefits

  • Health care coverage: Affirm covers all premiums for all levels of coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Flexible Spending Wallets: Generous stipends for technology, food, lifestyle needs, and family-forming expenses.
  • Time off: Competitive vacation and holiday schedules.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): Ability to buy Affirm shares at a discount.
