Senior Product Manager, 1: Many Merchant Growth
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The 1:Many Growth team focuses on high-leverage growth by integrating Affirm into platforms merchants already use, enabling a single integration to reach every merchant on that platform.
About the role
As the Senior Product Manager for Affirm’s Distribution Partnerships program (internally called "1:Many"), you will own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. This includes product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and expanding the broader portfolio of platform partners. You will also develop a Partner Acceleration Strategy to build durable capabilities that streamline future integrations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
- Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future partner integrations faster to launch.
- Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, driving merchant growth.

- Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
- Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing multiple technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving measurable business impact.
- Comfort working with engineers on technical details, designers on Figma iterations, and data analysts on funnel breakdowns.
- Strong discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Bias toward action and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
- Comfort with commercial aspects of product development, including externally facing roles, expectation setting, and influencing outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL.
