Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The 1:Many Growth team focuses on high-leverage growth by integrating Affirm into platforms merchants already use, enabling broad merchant reach through a single integration.
About the role
As Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team, you will own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. This includes product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and expanding the broader portfolio of platform partners. You will also build durable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations, ensuring faster launches and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, engineering) to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.

- Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights, driving merchant growth.
- Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
- Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
- Develop success metrics and OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
- Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing multiple technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, with measurable business impact.
- Comfort working across disciplines: technical discussions with engineers, design iterations in Figma, and funnel analysis with data analysts.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Bias for action, ability to overcome obstacles, and skill in turning ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
- Comfort with commercial aspects of product development, including externally facing roles, expectation setting, and influencing outcomes.
Qualifications
Bonus points: Experience in Fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL.
