Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The 1:Many Growth team focuses on high-leverage growth by integrating Affirm into platforms merchants already use, enabling broad reach through a single integration.

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team, you will own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. You’ll build durable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations and work cross-functionally with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
  • Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future integrations faster and easier to scale.
  • Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights, driving merchant growth.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
  • Develop success metrics and OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing multiple technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, with measurable business impact.
  • Comfort working across disciplines—technical discussions with engineers, design iterations in Figma, and funnel analysis with data analysts.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Bias toward action, with the ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear action plans.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
  • Comfort with commercial aspects of product development, including externally facing roles and influencing outcomes for Affirm and partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or buy-now-pay-later (BNPL).

Pay

Employees new to Affirm typically start at the beginning of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity, stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits.

  • USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $195,000 – $255,000 per year.
  • USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $173,000 – $233,000 per year.

Schedule

Affirm is a remote-first company. Most roles are remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the country of employment. Some roles may require occasional in-office work at an assigned Affirm office.

Benefits

  • 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Flexible Spending Wallets with generous stipends for technology, food, lifestyle needs, and family-forming expenses.
  • Competitive vacation and holiday schedules.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with discounted shares.
