The Role

This Senior Product Associate role sits within our core trading product team, focused on building the next generation of fixed income trading solutions for clients and dealers. In this role, you will partner closely with the Product Manager to represent business priorities—helping to define and prioritize features, approve user stories, and maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders. You will own and manage the product backlog, creating and refining high-quality user stories that are actionable for the scrum team. The Senior Product Associate will also act as a representative of the scrum team when engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and incorporating feedback into the product roadmap. This role plays a key part in driving change, championing new ideas, and aligning and motivating teams to deliver against shared objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working in product, project or business analysis roles
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining scope of work for development teams
• Demonstrable ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in Agile delivery techniques, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development
• Hands on experience with tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, WebEx
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and improve performance
• Experience in financial services sector/fixed income
• Recent experience of OMS/EMS API integration with trading venues
• Fundamental understanding of database design, including working knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to API-driven development and technical product considerations
• Experience with data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
