  • Translate business needs, user feedback, and strategic objectives into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, user research, workflow analysis, and solution exploration.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile delivery activities.
  • Execute and coordinate product validation activities, including user acceptance testing, feature validation, regression testing, and release readiness reviews.
  • Analyze product usage metrics, stakeholder feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvement and adoption growth.
  • Partner with technology teams to understand system workflows, integrations, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Support communication and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to KPI and OKR definition, measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization efforts.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled experiences and product outputs to help ensure usefulness, quality, consistency, and user value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product development processes, product tooling, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, User Experience, or a related discipline.
  • Experience participating in product discovery, requirements definition, and solution development activities.
  • Experience creating requirements, epics, user stories, process flows, or related product artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product, technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using data, metrics, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to build trusted working relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfort and flexibility with fast-changing priorities, toolsets, and product surfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on AI-enabled, machine learning, or intelligent automation products.

  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies in professional workflows.
  • Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and identifying opportunities to improve quality, accuracy, and usability.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and modern software delivery practices such as Spec Driven Development, Test Driven Development, and agentic PDLC-SDLC pipelines.
