Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations. As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Banking Sales Incentive and Growth Product, you contribute to the team by developing and optimizing products, supported by user research and customer feedback to create innovative solutions and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products and drive ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential product features that deliver customer value.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Pay

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
