Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver value to customers.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Own product controls and governance to ensure onboarding outcomes align with business objectives, risk requirements, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery tracking across onboarding, releases, and platform changes.
  • Provide governance reporting, maintain control artifacts, and ensure transparency on risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to embed controls and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of tenant applications, including readiness assessments, onboarding plans, technical enablement, and technology refresh activities.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and delivery impacts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Proven ability to lead client onboarding processes, with a focus on transparent application.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conflict management, with a track record of resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement in operating platforms, using innovation and design thinking techniques.
  • Proficiency in data and tech literacy, with a willingness to understand and implement new/emerging technologies that impact business.
  • Basic AI execution skills in daily job activities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Utilize presentation skills to clearly communicate onboarding procedures and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful client onboarding.
  • Foster digital literacy within the team to leverage technology in the onboarding process.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect client data during the onboarding process.
