Position Responsibilities
- Updates and accurately enters customer pricing information into company systems.
- Provides guidance and support to the Pricing & Contracts Specialist.
- Addresses complex issues while partnering with the Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.
- Manages Customer Contract processes and compliance.
- Aids in identifying and implementing projects aimed at driving operational excellence.
- Identifies opportunities and solutions to drive continuous improvement to deliver results for customers while meeting KPIs as assigned.
- Analyzes master data for inconsistencies and anomalies using independent sources to verify master data.
- Assists with processes and compliance monitoring within the customer portal and pricing authorization tool.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
