About the role

The Senior Pricing & Commercial Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with the company’s commercial objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to ensure competitive pricing and profitable sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals and reports to senior management.
• Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful pricing strategies.
• Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Knowledge of pricing methodologies and regulations.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
