Senior Presales Operations Analyst

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Solutions Engineering leaders to identify priorities and growth opportunities
• Manage and refine operating rhythms for regional Solutions Engineering, such as business reviews and operational cadence
• Leverage business intelligence tools to provide insights into regional performance, identifying trends and risks
• Streamline regional processes to reduce friction and enhance scalability
• Collaborate with GTM Analytics to articulate data needs for improved self-service reporting
• Work with GTM Systems teams to enhance tool adoption and data quality in CRM
• Lead operational initiatives from inception to successful deployment across sub-regions

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales, or similar GTM role
• Experience supporting regional field leadership in Sales or Presales contexts
• Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical skills to turn regional data into actionable insights
• Proven record in creating scalable solutions to enhance cross-team efficiency
• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills to build trust with stakeholders

Pay

$152,000 – $209,000 annually
