Duties

• Clinic Operations Oversight: Provide oversight of practice operations, ensuring optimal workflow processes with a focus on team support. Ensure a clinic culture that maintains a positive and upbeat work environment for all caregivers.
• Growth and Strategy: Work closely with Directors and Medical Group leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives and ensure their realization. Oversee the operations of outreach clinics to promote continued growth.
• Communication: Ensure effective and timely communications at various levels, emphasizing provider, staff, and patient relationships.
• Compliance/Regulatory: Ensure timely complaint reporting and collaboration with the system's compliance/risk team. Maintain regulatory compliance, including OSHA, Joint Commission, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, CLIA, CAP, and other applicable standards.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to all clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a school of nursing, health, or business-related field is required.
• Clinical/BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire is required.
• Nursing/RN - Registered Nurse - State licensure and/or compact state licensure in the designated work location is preferred.
• Clinical/ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support if working in an inpatient area, preferred within 90 days of hire.
• Nursing/LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State licensure and/or compact state licensure in the designated work location is preferred.
• CPME - Certified Medical Practice Executive - active and current certification preferred.
• Paramedic state licensure in the designated work location, preferred.
• Three years of experience in a healthcare organization is required.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
