About the Role

Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Hours: Monday-Friday, hours will vary. Location: Romeoville, IL. Travel: As needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Practice operations to accomplish Practice and Duly goals, ensuring work aligns with Duly policies and external government laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians on accomplishing Practice goals: financial targets, quality/patient satisfaction targets, and keep them informed on progress.
  • Communicate organizational initiatives, policies, and assist physicians in interpretation and working within organizational parameters.
  • Organize and budget resources (people, equipment, materials) to deliver effective patient care.
  • Review Practice site goals and arrange work to accomplish them; develop short-range targets as indicators toward reaching goals.
  • Review financial and patient outcomes to ensure they fall within acceptable pre-determined limits; trend data and investigate outliers for corrective action.
  • Plan for acquisition, alignment, and engagement of human resources through selection, on-boarding, coaching, appraisal, and development.
  • Create an environment emphasizing teamwork to accomplish the mission and goals of the Practice and Duly.
  • Assess the patient experience through various methodologies; track and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work toward recovering and ensuring patient needs are met; educate patients on Duly policies to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Bring issues forward to Directors for resolution based on organizational systems.
  • Serve as a member of the Management Team, representing the Practice to other Duly management associates.
  • Participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees as needed.
  • Represent Duly in the community at large.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Management, or Nursing (preferred).
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, Nurse Practice Act, and Employment legislation.
  • Minimum of two to three years in a managerial role in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient physician primary or specialty practice.
  • Experience in a Behavioral Health department is a plus.

Pay

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953.60 - $101,930.40 annually. Actual pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
