Compensation & Benefits

Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to analyze complex product lifecycle challenges and translate them into detailed PLM functional solution designs that improve traceability and operational efficiency across global programs.

Configure and optimize 3DX PLM environments to support end to end digital thread processes including requirements management, product configuration, change control, and release management while ensuring data consistency and compliance with corporate standards.

Apply generative AI techniques to streamline PLM related tasks such as intelligent metadata enrichment, automated documentation assistance, and smart search capabilities that enhance user productivity and decision quality.

Define and refine PLM workflows templates and governance rules that align with industry best practices and internal quality frameworks ensuring effective collaboration across design, manufacturing, and service functions.

Partner with enterprise architects and technical teams to ensure PLM integrations with surrounding systems such as CAD, PDM, ERP, and analytics platforms are robust, scalable, and maintainable over time.

Conduct detailed fit gap analyses for new PLM and generative AI features by assessing business requirements, system capabilities, and user expectations then recommend practical enhancements or configuration changes.

Drive user enablement by planning and delivering hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions that help teams adopt PLM and generative AI capabilities confidently and consistently.

Monitor PLM solution performance and user adoption metrics then propose targeted improvements such as interface adjustments, workflow tuning, or data model refinements to maximize business value.

Prepare clear functional specifications, configuration documents, and scenarios that guide technical teams and ensure reliable implementation of PLM and generative AI features.

Coordinate and execute functional sing activities including regression and user acceptance validation to confirm that PLM and AI enabled solutions meet defined business outcomes and quality criteria.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and enhance PLM workflows that drive operational efficiency, data quality, and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and enhance PLM workflows that drive operational efficiency, data quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

Leverage deep PLM functional knowledge to interpret complex product development processes and articulate how PLM capabilities can be configured to address version control, change management, and release governance needs effectively.

Apply strong hands-on experience with 3DX PLM modules and configuration approaches to design robust data models, access controls, and workflows that scale for large engineering organizations.

Utilize practical generative AI experience to identify relevant use cases within PLM such as content generation, smart assistants, and intelligent recommendations while remaining mindful of data privacy and responsible AI principles.

Draw on exposure to automotive industry domain practices to contextualize PLM solutions around platform management, homologation requirements, and supplier collaboration patterns even when working across diverse sectors.

Combine eight to twelve years of product consulting or enterprise application experience to manage complex stakeholder expectations, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and deliver incremental solution improvements that support long-term transformation goals.

Employ strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to document requirements, negotiate priorities, and present solution options in a manner that helps decision-makers understand impacts on cost, quality, and schedule.
