Senior AI Consultant

About the role

KPR Transform fills the gap between AI awareness and actual implementation in the AEC industry. The Senior AI Consultant leads entire engagements from discovery to adoption, ensuring that AI solutions align with the way teams actually work.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to adoption
• Run AI diagnostics and technology assessments
• Build transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Work with technical teams to build workflows, tools, or systems
• Deliver executive workshops for AEC leadership teams
• Grow the practice and support the Managing Director on new engagements
• Write and speak publicly on AI in AEC
• Contribute to KPR Transform's methodologies and frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading client-facing strategy, advisory, or transformation engagements
• Daily, hands-on use of modern AI tools
• Executive presence and ability to work with both AEC leadership and technical teams
• A bias to ship and the independence to manage an engagement
• AEC experience, including familiarity with relevant technologies like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and BIM/VDC

Qualifications

• Specific story of a workflow change and its impact
• Experience building a practice or service line from an early stage
• Public voice in AEC or AI

Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of AEC-specific technologies and processes

• Base salary of $140,000 to $200,000, plus a performance bonus

Schedule

Varies based on client needs, but up to 75% travel to client sites is expected.
