About the role
KPR Transform fills the gap between AI theory and AEC practice. The Senior AI Consultant leads end-to-end engagements, from discovery to implementation, ensuring that AI solutions align with actual workflows and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from discovery to implementation
- Conduct AI diagnostics and technology assessments to understand current processes
- Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for client approval
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and build AI workflows, tools, or systems
- Deliver executive workshops for AEC leadership teams
- Ensure every engagement results in a documented outcome
- Travel to client sites to work alongside client teams
- Grow the practice by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Support the Managing Director in scoping and proposing new engagements
- Write and speak publicly on AI in AEC
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading client-facing strategy, advisory, or transformation engagements
- A specific example of changing a workflow and the impact it had
- Daily use of modern AI tools, not just theoretical knowledge
- Executive presence and ability to engage with both AEC leadership and technical teams
- A bias to ship and the autonomy to drive an engagement
- AEC experience, including familiarity with common technologies like Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Qualifications
- Experience building a practice or service line from an early stage
- Public speaking or writing experience in AEC or AI
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies
- Project management and execution skills
- Technical understanding of AEC industry tools and processes

- Base salary of $140,000 to $200,000, plus a performance-based bonus
