• Provide technical support and guidance to users on best practices and troubleshooting
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise planning software or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and data modeling is preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of Anaplan platform
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
