About the role

The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist serves as the clinical content and workflow lead for home infusion enablement engagements with partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation planning, and ongoing operational support.
• Provide clinical validation for data used in business plans and develop best‑practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assess and implement frictionless referral workflows, standard documentation, and informatics tools to facilitate communication between clinics and home infusion services.
• Develop staffing models and hours of operation based on volume indicators, and support the implementation of business operations and workflows.
• Engage with clinic stakeholders to inform and develop business plans, with some nationwide travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required; a Master’s in Business Administration/Management is preferred.
• Expertise in clinical workflows, business development, and stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Work is performed in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies.
