About the role

The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist serves as the clinical content and workflow lead for home infusion enablement engagements, acting as the primary clinical contact for partner health systems. They develop business cases, lead implementation planning, and support operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Provide clinical validation for data assumptions and analysis used in business planning.
• Develop best practice policies, including clinical medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assess and implement frictionless referral workflows, standard documentation, and informatics tools to facilitate communication between clinics and home infusion services.
• Recommend staffing models and hours based on clinic and discharge volumes.
• Guide and support business operations and workflow implementations.
• Engage with clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Master's in Business Administration/Management is preferred.
