About the role

The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist serves as the clinical content and workflow lead for home infusion enablement projects with partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation planning, and ongoing operational support.
• Provide clinical validation for data analysis and develop best practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused products.
• Assess, recommend, and implement seamless workflows for referrals, documentation, and communication between clinics and home infusion services.
• Develop staffing models and operational guidelines based on volume indicators.
• Guide and support business operations and workflows, engaging with clinical stakeholders to inform planning.
• Travel may be required to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Master's in Business Administration/Management is preferred.
