Senior Pharmacist Consultant

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical aspects of home infusion pharmacy business case development
• Provide clinical validation for data assumptions and analysis
• Develop best practice policies and procedures for specialty infused products
• Assess and implement efficient workflows for home infusion referrals
• Develop initial staffing models based on economic indicators
• Guide implementation of business operations and workflows
• Engage with clinic stakeholders for business plan development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Master's in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Licensed Pharmacist

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
