What you’ll do:
- Responsible for payroll of all employees on a bi-weekly basis.
- Enter new hires, employee changes, and voluntary deductions in the payroll system.
- Research payroll and tax discrepancies.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll in all offices.
- 5+ years of processing full-cycle payroll.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly required.
- Must have multi-state experience in a mid- to large-sized company.
- ADP experience required.
- Close-knit team willing to go to bat for one another.
- Stable and established work environment.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, + Bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
