About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
- Manage payroll system updates and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Understanding of tax laws and regulations.
