About the role

Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
  • Manage payroll system updates and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
