Responsibilities
- Populate MD Staff for new providers, ensure ACVS files meet managed-care criteria, and submit credentialed rosters to delegated payers.
- Complete and submit CAQH payer applications for non-delegated payers.
- Process and submit monthly provider data updates/changes in MD Staff.
- Follow up with payers for timely loading and run delegated audit rosters.
- Manage payer enrollment/EPriv in MD Staff and handle Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidation.
- Create, maintain, and audit the provider database.
- Communicate plan-information alerts and stay abreast of and communicate regulatory changes.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Qualifications
- 2 years of payer enrollment with managed-care experience.
- Ability to work with a team approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Computer-savvy and fluent with spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- MD Staff experience preferred.
