About the role

We're looking for an experienced parts professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence to play a key role in supporting customers, engineers, and workshop operations through accurate parts identification, ordering, stock management, and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing parts orders for customers, engineers, and maintenance contracts
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct parts using technical catalogues and systems
  • Processing quotations, orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining stock control and carrying out regular stock checks
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone and email
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team environment
  • Monitoring stock holding values and reporting on warranty return activity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, administration, or a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong team ethic

Pay

Up to £36,000 pa depending on experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday.
