Parts & Service Senior Specialist

Role Overview The District Parts & Service Manager acts as the primary liaison between the company and Honda/Acura dealerships, providing consulting and support to enhance dealer performance in customer satisfaction, parts and service sales, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Achieve targets for parts, accessories, and customer satisfactionImprove oil change service times, increasing dealer achievement ratesSupport development and implementation of action plans to address performance gapsParticipate in company programs, policies, and initiatives to promote profitable, well-managed departmentsMentor dealers and support pilot programs as assigned Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in auto parts and service wholesale or retail, with automotive service experience preferredKnowledge of OEM warranty policies, financial concepts, and sales strategiesStrong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer relations skillsProficiency in MS Office, web-based tools, and smartphone applicationsWillingness to travel frequently and relocate if needed Key Duties: Provide dealer support to improve operational metrics, develop action plans, and promote Honda/Acura programs to foster customer loyalty and dealer profitability.
