About the role
The District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) supports Honda/Acura dealer networks by providing consulting and support in parts and service operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve targets for parts, accessories, and customer satisfaction.
- Improve oil change service times (Honda
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Support dealer training, programs, and initiatives to promote profitable parts and service departments.
- Manage approximately 10-11 dealerships within assigned territory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of auto parts and service wholesale/retail experience.
- Experience in automotive service preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM warranty policies advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the territory.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies.
