Parts & Service Senior Specialist

About the role

The District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) serves as the primary liaison between the company and Honda/Acura dealerships, providing expert support to enhance dealer performance in customer satisfaction, service efficiency, parts sales, and technician training. The role is primarily remote, supporting approximately 10-11 dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for parts & accessory sales, customer satisfaction, and oil change service times (
• Support development and implementation of action plans.
• Participate in programs and pilot initiatives.
• Mentor dealers to promote profitable and well-managed service departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years auto parts and service experience, preferably wholesale or retail.
• Automotive service knowledge.
• Familiarity with OEM warranty policies preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze dealer performance and support continuous improvement.
