Parts & Service Senior Specialist

This role involves supporting Honda/Acura dealer networks as a District Parts & Service Manager, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, parts and accessory sales, and service efficiency. Key responsibilities include achieving targets for parts and accessories, customer satisfaction, and oil change service times (<60 minutes Honda, <65 minutes Acura). The manager will mentor dealers, support programs, and develop action plans to address performance gaps across approximately 10-11 dealerships. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or related fields, with 3-5 years of auto parts and service wholesale or retail experience. Automotive service industry experience and knowledge of OEM warranty policies are preferred.
