About the role

Seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to support Honda/Acura dealer networks, primarily covering Central Pennsylvania from a virtual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieving targets for parts, accessories, and service objectives
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership performance
• Supporting the implementation of service time goals (
• Developing and executing action plans to address performance gaps
• Participating in Honda/Acura programs, policies, and dealer training initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of auto parts and service wholesale/retail experience
• Preferred experience in automotive service wholesale or retail
• Knowledge of OEM warranty policies is a plus
• Proactive, analytical, and customer‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
