About the role
The Partnerships Growth Manager will join the Axle partnerships team to manage key automotive enterprise clients, drive adoption and growth, and provide consultative guidance on Axle's insurance data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key automotive enterprise clients, such as Cox Auto, CDK, and large dealership groups
- Grow existing accounts by adding new rooftops, expanding use cases, and bringing in net-new revenue
- Set and track growth goals for accounts, focusing on revenue growth, completion rate, expansion, and retention
- Manage partnership, commercial, and performance-related initiatives; develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and expansion
- Be the voice of accounts inside Axle, turning field feedback into clear, prioritized insights for Product and Engineering
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing consultative guidance on Axle, insurance data, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years in partnerships, sales, account management, customer success, consulting, or a similar relationship-driven role, with a track record of growing accounts
- Strong business generalist with sharp product intuition and a track record of driving revenue retention and growth
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and interested in building processes where none exist yet
- An ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to turn partner feedback into real outcomes
Qualifications
- Real hunger and a growth mindset; a desire to seek out new opportunities within accounts
- Grit, enthusiasm, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Experience supporting automotive, fleet, dealership, rental car, or automotive insurance programs, particularly in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Experience working with automotive OEMs, Automotive partners, or large multi-location enterprise groups
- Familiarity with insurance verification, F&I, or loaner and variable operations workflows
- A history of carrying a goal of adoption, revenue expansion, or account growth
