About the role

The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for owning B-Stock's external channel partnership function, including identifying, structuring, and activating strategic relationships with technology platforms, software providers, 3PLs, returns infrastructure providers, and data partners. This role involves moving deals from initial outreach through negotiation, execution, and ongoing management, while building scalable programs and frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Own B-Stock's external channel partnership strategy end-to-end
  • Source and evaluate partnership opportunities with various technology platforms and providers
  • Structure and negotiate revenue-share, referral, and co-marketing programs
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic channel partners
  • Provide regular reporting on deal status and partnership performance

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related commercial function
  • Experience structuring complex commercial deals, including revenue-share, referral, or reseller economics
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional deal processes and bring together internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills to represent B-Stock with VP and C-level counterparts

Pay

The pay rate for this role will range between $160,000 to $180,000, per annum. Employee benefits include competitive compensation packages, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, telecommuting, and matching 401(K).
