Senior Partnerships Account Manager

About the role
As a Senior Partnerships Account Manager on our Business Development team, you will drive year-over-year growth of our venue portfolio, which includes dozens of venues such as Madison Square Garden, Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, Chase Center, and Allegiant Stadium. This role will deploy marketing levers (e.g., parking links on team pages & apps, Know Before You Go emails), supply levers (e.g., parking inventory and pricing), product levers (e.g., new features and offerings), and distribution levers (e.g., Ticketmaster & others) to make parking more available to users and drive more sales for venues.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a larger account management team, but within the team be responsible for driving year-over-year growth and “same store” sales.
- Create account growth plans that deploy a combination of marketing, supply, product, and distribution levers to drive new revenue.
- Collaborate with our analytics and other teams to identify growth opportunities and untapped potential within our venue accounts.
- Represent the “voice of the client/venue” within SpotHero, advocating for their needs and incorporating their feedback into account growth plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (i.e., Revenue, Marketing, Product, etc.) to drive execution of growth plans in a project management capacity.
- Deepen relationships with venues by traveling/meeting with them in-person, attending games, and representing SpotHero at industry conferences.
- Support the renewal of existing contracts, using renewal as an opportunity to grow the size of the deal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships, having had growth or sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
- Analytical experience with reporting and data analysis.

Pay
Compensation in Illinois: Depending on your skillset and experience, you can expect your base salary to be between $100,000 - $125,000, as well as a discretionary bonus and leading total rewards package.
