About the role
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-value accounts, including strategic planning and execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the company's portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on account management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software is preferred
