Responsibilities
- Prospecting new and existing business within the real estate space to sell and agree maintenance and service contracts agreements surrounding HVAC Controls and BMS Systems
- Work with customers to identify their service BMS needs and guide them through the buying process to agree and close business
- Attend real estate events, customer focus groups, networking and industry events to meet new customers, cultivate relationships, and increase brand awareness
Requirements
- Over 3 years experience in a B2B sales role focused on selling to the real estate industry
- Prior experience with building automation, building management systems and HVAC Controls is a MUST
- Experience in selling maintenance and service agreements would be highly preferable
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems is necessary
