Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new and existing business within the real estate space to sell and agree maintenance and service contracts agreements surrounding HVAC Controls and BMS Systems
  • Work with customers to identify their service BMS needs and guide them through the buying process to agree and close business
  • Attend real estate events, customer focus groups, networking and industry events to meet new customers, cultivate relationships, and increase brand awareness

Requirements

  • Over 3 years experience in a B2B sales role focused on selling to the real estate industry
  • Prior experience with building automation, building management systems and HVAC Controls is a MUST
  • Experience in selling maintenance and service agreements would be highly preferable
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems is necessary
