Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience having worked with Healthcare companies (UHG, Humana, Cigna, Aetna etc) in a consulting capacity as a consultant from McKinsey, Deloitte, PwC etc.
- Very sound understanding of the Payor business, Healthcare industry.
- Up to date with current industry happenings and able to hold discussions at the C-level as a thought leader.
- Ability to produce engaging content and articulate the key messages and PoVs to the customer.
- Ability to deliver winning proposals that demonstrate significant and positive impact to the customer’s business.
- Experience in working in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with provider-payer dynamics and cost management strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of payer market trends, including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and PBMs.
- Proven ability to frame workstreams, develop analysis frameworks, and manage client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Delivered lectures, participated in leading industry events, published PoVs, papers and other relevant articles on LI and other healthcare publications.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
