About the role

Ipsos Healthcare, a leading market research agency, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. This role involves providing consultancy advice to pharmaceutical clients across various therapy areas, including developing competitive assessments, market landscape analyses, and product life cycle strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and material development for multiple engagements alongside management
  • Exhibit a passionate curiosity on a range of current healthcare topics and connect them with client interests
  • Work cross-functionally with Advisory and broader HC teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to solve complex strategic problems
  • Develop, produce, and interpret data for standard reports, utilizing analytics resources to produce the right content, number, and frequency of reports
  • Support management in developing strategic recommendations, business development opportunities, and marketing material
  • Lead interactions with clients, from kick-off to final report delivery
  • Outline reports and proposals in response to client RFPs and present them as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in relevant field
  • MBA or MPH preferred
  • 4+ years of professional life science experience, preferably in consulting, branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A passion for bringing clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Able to work cross-functionally with a good understanding of primary and secondary market research
  • Illustrates business acumen and critical thinking skills on a constantly evolving set of client business critical questions
  • Confidently outline reports and proposals in response to client RFPs and final presentations to Ipsos clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Benefits

The estimated base salary for this role is $110,000-$130,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
