Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management, Walmart Connect (Agency Partnerships – Creative Strategy & Growth)
Position Summary
Walmart Connect seeks a Senior Partner, Agency Partnership, Creative Strategy & Growth to drive strategic growth and deepen relationships with creative agencies. This role shapes how agencies activate Walmart Connect as a scaled omnichannel platform, influencing upstream strategy and creative development.
What You'll Do
Own senior relationships with creative and media agency partners to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Influence upstream strategy and creative development to position Walmart Connect as a full-funnel, omnichannel platform.
Partner with agencies on joint go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership, and enablement.
Review early creative concepts for activation feasibility and omnichannel opportunity.
Contribute to joint agency business plans that increase share of spend and improve win rates.
Equip Walmart Connect Sales teams with agency-specific creative materials, training, and deal accelerators.
Support Walmart Connect Agency team in prospecting new relationships and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities.
Elevate creative agency feedback to shape solutions, unlock innovation, and improve activation excellence.
Establish clear success metrics to measure creative engagement, revenue impact, and partner growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify enhancements across product, programs, and processes.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience partnering with creative and/or media agencies within retail media, digital media, or platform environments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence agency leadership, strategists, and creative teams.
Deep understanding of agency planning cycles, briefing processes, and creative development workflows.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and upstream influence.
Experience supporting scaled, automated advertising solutions.
Analytical and strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
Ability to operate cross-functionally and lead through influence in fast-paced environments.
Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
Option 4: 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
Option 5: 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
Option 6: 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
