Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager, NAM
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising strategy across the Americas (NAM and LATAM), reporting directly to the Director of Paid Marketing alongside their regional counterparts in APAC and EMEA. Commanding a substantial monthly budget you will dive directly into accounts to reduce inefficient spend and drive high-value conversions like Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and clients.
Responsibilities
- Focused on all SEM campaigns for NAM and LATAM via Paid Search channels (Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.), focusing on awareness, consideration, optimization, and acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and Regional Ads Managers to optimize Paid Search performance.
- Monitor daily search performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to achieve growth KPIs.
- Continuously test and refine campaign structures, bidding strategies, and keywords for scaling and expansion.
- Work with copywriting teams to create and test ad copy and landing pages for better quality scores and CTRs.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure all product offerings are covered by relevant keywords.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (growth, product, data, creative) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Share insights on the latest search trends to enhance team performance.
- Manage relationships with search vendors like Google and Bing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing SEM accounts for a B2B brand, preferably in-house.
- Expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA Editor.
- Data-driven, with experience setting up dashboards and using analytics tools to track performance.
- Proven track record in lead generation for Paid Search, consistently meeting CPL, SQO and ROAS KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external teams to improve processes and workflows.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing Paid Search in-house for HR or Fintech B2B brands is a plus.
- Experience with country-specific targeting and campaigns in multiple languages and regions.
- Experience with paid media experiments and measurement tools.
- Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools and automation.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an advantage but is not required.
